Water Spray Retorts
Kalvac Water Spray Retort adopts the fully welded plate and shell heat exchanger. The unique fully welded structure between the plates and the protective shell of the pressure vessel are sturdy and durable. High temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and efficient heat exchange. Compact structure, less scale, heat exchange with small temperature difference. Equipped with five safety interlocks, the equipment is equipped with double safety valves to prevent safety problems during the sterilization process. According to different food processing technology, it can realize the staged heating and cooling, perfect control of temperature and pressure, uniform heat distribution, stable pressure control, and sterilization effect of each batch of products. The product packaging maintains beautiful appearance, and the deformation rate and damage rate are reduced to lowest. High degree of automation, simple and easy operation, saving manpower. Water Immersion Retorts
Water immersion retort steam is injected into upper tank directly, to heat the water in the upper tank to the pre-set temperature, and then injects the hot water into the lower tank. Initial temperature of the sterilization process water is high and the heat penetration rate is fast. At the same time, the sterilization process water in the retort is continuously circulated, and is circulated through a water-steam mixer.
The new design water immersion retort has been improved and optimized on the basis of the previous design. The hot water has a power cycle, the circulation speed is faster, the water in and out is more even and the water spray box installed at the top makes the heat distribution in the retort more even and ensures the uniformity of the sterilization effect of the product.
Optimized design of piping, using high-flow and low-lift circulating pumps to reduce length and bends, reduce water consumption and heat loss. Too high temperature and long-time processing of food will cause serious loss of flavor and nutrition. Ending the sterilization process as soon as possible can better retain the original flavor and nutrients, and further improve the sterilization speed and cooling speed in all directions.



Steam Air Retort
The steam air retort provides heat source to the sterilizer through two steam dispersing pipes installed at the bottom, no exhaust process is required and a large-flow axial flow fan is installed in the sterilizer fully mixes the cold air and steam in the kettle as a heat transfer medium, the canned food in the sterilizer is uniformly heated and sterilized. Because the fan in the chamber is carefully designed, the sterilization process does not require exhaust process. The large flow fan can remove cold air in the chamber and fully mixed with steam with air as a heat transfer medium for sterilization, with uniform temperature and no cold spots. The steam and air mixture is forced to circulate in the sterilizer through the air duct, and the heat distribution in the sterilizer is even, which can meet the requirements of the thermal sterilization process of canned food in various packaging forms.




Rotary Retorts

Pilot Retort
A pilot retort is a small-scale version of a full-sized industrial retort used in food processing for research, testing, and development purposes. It allows manufacturers to simulate the sterilization process on a manageable scale to optimize sterilization parameters, test new products, and validate safety procedures before scaling up to full production. This helps ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, while minimizing the risks and costs of large-scale operations.



Shaking Retort
Shaking retort is an oscillating motion sterilizer that enables products to move in a back-and-forth reciprocating motion, thereby accelerating the heat transfer inside the package, reducing the heating and heat penetration time, and improving the taste of the food product. Apart from its ability to provide uniformed heating effect, the oscillating sterilizer also performs horizontal reciprocating agitation to evenly mix food products.




Seafood Precooker Cooler

Automatic Loading And Unloading
Processing Line
Flexible packaging automatic loading and unloading system, mainly used for pre-sterilization automatic tray loader, tray stacker, automatic load into the retort machine, automatic tray releaser, pouch unloader and other work. The front end can be connected to the packaging machine via the conveyor belt, and the back end can be connected to the cleaning line via the conveyor belt to achieve unmanned production in the sterilization workshop. Loader and unloader can be in accordance with different loading requirements, through the loading capacity calculation with the load of the tray, telescopic swing tray, vacuum absorption and other ways to automatically loading the tray, through flipping, vacuum absorption and other ways to automatically discharge the tray. The automatic loading line automatically stacks the single-layer tray into a stack by a robot, or it can also be split into a single-layer tray. Turnover between electric moving trolley and retort machine, to achieve automatic entry and exit of the retort machine. The complete loading line is controlled by intelligent system, which basically achieves unmanned production.

AUTOMATIC POUCH LOADER AND UNLOADER PROCESSING LINE

APPLICATION : Widely used in eggs, meat, seafood, fresh corn, vegetables, soy products, aquatic products, canned products, beverages and dairy products that require high temperature sterilization.


APPLICATION : Mainly used in filled cans, metal cans, glass bottles and PE bottles. Canned products can be loaded, unloaded and sterilized automatically.
